Elisa Plate plays an extremely important role in modern biomedical research due to its high throughput, high sensitivity and easy operation.

1. Material: Usually made of polystyrene (PS), this material has good biocompatibility and optical transparency,

which is convenient for optical detection after enzyme-linked reaction.

2. Well type and layout: Similar to culture plates, Elisa Plates also have a variety of well configurations. The most common ones are 96 wells and 384 wells,

arranged in a matrix of 8x12 or 16x24, and each well is used to load samples or reagents.

3. Surface treatment: In order to enhance the adsorption capacity of target molecules, the bottom of the wells of the Elisa Plate will be specially treated,

such as coating with proteins (such as bovine serum albumin BSA) to reduce nonspecific adsorption.
